Clinical Supervision for Registered Psychotherapists & Qualifying Therapists in Ontario
Looking for a clinical supervisor who will support your growth while challenging you to think more deeply about your work?
I offer clinical supervision for Yorkville University MACP candidates, Registered Psychotherapists (Qualifying) and Registered Psychotherapists across Ontario who are looking to strengthen their clinical skills, build confidence with complex cases, and develop an authentic, sustainable therapy practice.
Whether you're just beginning your career or are an experienced therapist seeking consultation, supervision is a collaborative space to explore clinical questions, ethical dilemmas, therapeutic relationships, and your ongoing professional development.
My Supervision Philosophy
I believe the best supervision balances support with accountability. My goal is to create a space where supervisees feel comfortable bringing uncertainty, celebrating growth, and exploring the complexities of therapy without fear of judgment.
My supervision style is:
Collaborative and relational
Trauma-informed and attachment-based
Culturally responsive and anti-oppressive
Reflective, curious, and strengths-based
Grounded in evidence-informed practice and ethical decision-making
Together, we'll move beyond "What should I do?" to "Why am I choosing this intervention, and how does it align with my client's goals and lived experience?"

Many therapists struggle with imposter syndrome, perfectionism, and self-doubt. Supervision provides a space to explore your use of self, increase confidence, and develop a clinical style that feels authentic while remaining grounded in best practices.
Support for Therapists in Private Practice
As the founder and clinical director of a growing group private practice, I also support supervisees in developing the business side of therapy, including:
Building confidence in private practice
Marketing ethically
Defining your niche
Website and Psychology Today profiles
Consultation on practice systems and workflows
Balancing clinical work with business ownership
Preventing burnout while growing a sustainable career

My Goal as Your Supervisor
My role isn't to have all the answers—it's to help you become the kind of therapist who knows how to think critically, practice ethically, and trust your clinical judgment.
I strive to create a supervision relationship where curiosity, accountability, compassion, and continual learning are at the centre. My hope is that you leave supervision feeling more confident, more grounded, and better equipped to provide meaningful, culturally responsive care to the clients you serve.
