Her mission is to help folks unlearn survival patterns that no longer serve them, so they can move from guilt, people-pleasing, and emotional overwhelm toward healthier relationships, stronger boundaries, and a more grounded sense of self.

Empowering You

Transforming Lives Through Compassionate Care

Risha Dave founded Mango Grove out of a deep passion for supporting her community. She recognized how difficult it can be to find therapeutic spaces that truly understand cultural nuance and honour a decolonial approach to healing. Her hope is for Mango Grove to serve as a place where others can feel seen, supported, and empowered in their wellness and healing journeys.
